The highlight of the month: Sant Jordi

When she was going to be devoured, a knight appeared, Sant Jordi … and killed the dragon. From his blood a rose was born, which the knight offered to the princess.
On April 23, the day of Sant Jordi, a rose is given to the beloved. It is also a great cultural festival, it is the day of the book, and that is why we give books that day. The festival is lived in all the streets of Barcelona, and especially Las Ramblas, which is flooded with strollers with roses and books.

Disney Expo
