When you come to Barcelona with your family on vacation, its not always the easiest thing to interest your children all the time. That’s why at Barcelona Wink, we have designed tours tailored to the needs and desires of families.
We therefore offer several tours to discover Barcelona with families and also discovering secrets, anecdotes and information about the Barcelona lifestyle.
The parakeet’s circuit
This family walk in Barcelona includes a guide in disguise as the mascot of the city which is the green parakeet. Your family will discover the legend of Sant Jordi, go in search of lost roses, get clues to go to our final destination … and you will also meet strange animals!
This walk of 2 hours on foot, is done with binoculars to help children (and adults) discover the secrets of Barcelona. And as adventures open up your appetite, children will receive a cookie made in a traditional way, with the shape of the parakeet. Be aware that football fans and in particular Barça will have a nice surprise at the end of the course!!!

Casa de les Punxes in family
Like a princess castle in the heart of Barcelona this house was built by a major architect and urbanist of the modernist era: Puig i Cadalfach. Your family will discover a superb scenography of the legend of Sant Jordi, you will know a little more about life in Barcelona in the late nineteenth century. And finally, your family will enjoy a beautiful terrace and climb into the dungeons to learn about modernism.

One of Gaudí’s masterpieces, this imposing and astonishing house with its wavy white silhouette on Passeig de Gracia is worth visiting!

The dragon hunting circuit
With Drac the Dragon, you will go out with your family to discover some of the 400 dragons who are hiding in the architecture of Barcelona. Our companion will help you in this quest and will lead you in secret passages. This circuit is very popular with adventurers, they can note their trophies on a small booklet and have a break time to enjoy a cookie shaped dragon. This visit provides a good overview of modernist architecture (Catalan art nouveau), but also to apprehend the soul of the city off the beaten track.

The owl’s circuit
Have fun discovering Barcelona by looking for the “animals” that are hiding in Barcelona, the circuit starts in front of a giant owl and ends with discovering the animals and other details from outside the Sagrada Familia, the emblem of Barcelona
In this 2 and a half hour walk you will be accompanied by one of our tour guides with an owl as mascot! The gourmet break is always included for children. And for parents a refreshment break at the end of the course well deserved!
